Are you a Practice Manager from a healthcare background looking for a fully autonomous leadership role where you will head up a dynamic team within a growing yet market-leading healthcare institution offering opportunities for ongoing technical progression?

This company are a leading provider within the plastic surgery, skin care, and dermatology sector and have been providing their service to a variety of patients for over 15 years. They have shown consistent growth year on year, growing from 200 operations a year to 2,000 with the help of their world leading surgeons and friendly yet highly experienced team.

In this pivotal role you will be in charge of the practice, overseeing the admin and nursing team as well as leading operational productivity, HR, and taking full responsibility for the daily compliance of the surgery. You will be the face of the company and the go to contact for any queries and questions, where your in depth knowledge of healthcare management and CQC healthcare regulations will be key. You will work Monday - Friday out of the practice in central Bristol.
