The role is looking for a Practice Nurse with Primary Care experience, ideally with a specialist interest in long term conditions. You will have the chance to see long-term conditions, smears, wounds, baby and child immunisations, dressings, diabetes, and more!
Salary - £36,000 - £43,000 + NHS Pension + Five Weeks Annual Leave + Bank holidays

Your role -
- Part-time Practice Nurse, ideally 3 days
- Specialist interest in long term conditions desirable, ideally diabetes / respiratory
- Face to face appointments, some telephone appointments
- Traditional duties long-term conditions, treatment rooms, travel, and child immunisations
