Practice Nurse

Experienced nurse needed to join our mutually supportive practice. This requires a working knowledge of a range of long term conditions ideally including respiratory problems and diabetes. The successful candidate will be friendly and approachable and enjoy working in a richly multicultural community. He or she will help our practice to continue to develop through working in close co-operation with the other team members. The candidate will embrace the changes occurring in general practice and be keen to help enact those changes for the betterment of our patients. It is essential to have highly developed organisational skills to meet admin demands and a refined practical knowledge of the mechanics of modern GP nursing such as liaising with outside agencies
