My Client is looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join their busy practice in Newport. This Practice Nurse position will require the ability to work well within a team of experienced clinicians including; Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists, General Practitioners and a well qualified administrative team. This Practice Nurse position is on a permanent basis with both full and part time hours available.
Duties Include:
- Chronic disease management
- wound care
- Vaccination and immunisation
- Patient education
- Diagnostic testing
