Job Title: Practitioner Psychologist
Location: Regional Role - Castle Garden School, Napier School, Ashley Park School
Salary: Up to GBP60,000 depending on experience
Contract: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm
Essential: Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
We're looking for a Practitioner Psychologist and Site Lead/Lead Clinician with demonstrable leadership skills to join us at Outcomes First Group. About the role
Working independently within the overall framework of the service policies and procedures you will work within existing MDT and Clinical Governance structures to support the services in future development and ensuring quality assurance.
Our clinical teams help to develop empowering environments where our pupils can flourish, always putting them at the forefront of everything they do. All our settings maintain a strong safeguarding culture, and the pupils we support are heard, respected, and involved in decisions that affect them wherever possible.

Essential Criteria:
Degree in field of Psychology and HCPC registration as a Practitioner PsychologistRegistered with the HCPC Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teamsExperience of working with people who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs (e.g. complex trauma, mental health needs, behaviours of concern)Demonstrable ability to lead and manage strategicallyAbility to work collaboratively with a range of key partnersAble to work sensitively with people and resolve conflict effectivelyEvidence of continuing professional development relevant to the settingSubstantial and relevant post-qualification experience with adults.Experience of lecturing/teaching/trainingSkills in the management of data are also important as the role includes collecting and analysing data to inform various pieces of service delivery, development and project work.Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicleFor further information on this role please refer the Job Description and Person Specification attached.
