SalaryAn opportunity has opened up for a Pre-Construction Assistant to join a reputable contractor on a permanent, part-time basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting preconstruction activities while also providing essential marketing support for the business. Responsibilities:
- Receive, register and upload all PQQ & Tender documentation
- Develop all bid response documents
- Ensure that PQQ's and tenders are submitted on time in required format
- Assist with the production of post tender presentations/interviews
- Develop and maintain a library of bid information inc CV's, case studies, capability documents and method statements
- Coordinate relevant and consistent email campaigns
- Manage company website/social media content
- Develop and issue internal newsletters/updates
- Experience of working in construction
- Proficient in IT, in particular MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
- Use of InDesign and Photoshop is a must
