Job Description
We are a Main Contractor specialising in new build and fit out projects in the Industrial and Commercial sector and are looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join our team.
The role involves:
- Producing programmes for all tenders.
- Producing logistics plans for tenders
- Answering post tender queries.
- Managing the post tender period including all queries up to contract signature.
- Working with the Estimating team to complete tender submissions.
- Working with the Estimating team to produce submission documents.
- Attending mid/post tender interviews with the Client team on bids under consideration.
- Producing handover documentation to Project Surveyors on successful bids.
- Attending site visits.
- Co-ordinating and chairing weekly update meetings with the Estimating team.
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated person with good communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to join our Pre-Construction department. Previous experience estimating in the industrial and commercial construction sector required. This role is based at our Head Office in Kings Hill and hours are 7.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am to 4.00pm on a Friday.
