The Role
This is a superb opportunity to join a leading Top 100 UK law firm specialising in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Team it is now seeking to appoint a Fee Earner to work alongside its existing Team to work alongside existing partners, driving a resilient and varied legal practice.
The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury and credit hire as well as managing your own caseload of pre-litigation cases.
You will be managing your own caseload from inception to completion. There is a steady flow of new instructions from existing clients and the firm is seeking a motivated, technically strong individual with ambition, who can develop relationships and provide an exceptional level of service to its clients.
There is lots of progression to the litigation team and beyond. On top of a competitive base salary, you can also take advantage of a highly lucrative bonus structure, which is paid monthly.
The Candidate
- Experience in personal injury and credit hire
- Experience of managing your own caseload of pre-litigation cases
- Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
