CTS is seeking a Pre-Sales Support Specialist to provide an exemplary service to our customers with the future opportunity to become a Sales account Manager. This role also encompasses building on and maintaining relationships with current clients, allowing growth in client spend and boosting sales opportunities. Key tasks and Responsibilities: - Manage the full lifecycle of the internal sales process from initial request, to supply of quotations, production of sales orders and purchasing of products - Provide administrative support to the CTS sales team - Ensure quotes are generated accurately within the company CRM system - Convert quotes effectively into Sales orders - Order products on time, ensuring best value to our clients - Liaise with internal and external customers/clients - Provide a high level of customer service as expected by CTS and our clients - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, subject matter experts, and sales teams, to gather and synthesize relevant information - Proofread and edit quotes/documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and professionalism - Forge and maintain relationships with key client accounts - Any other tasks that senior management or the company directors feel are appropriate Qualifications and skills: - GCSE grade 4 (C) or above in English and Maths - Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure - Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to quality - Customer service experience and skills - Experience in ordering goods and services - Account management experience desirable - Experience in the education sector is desirable but not essential Benefits: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects - Exposure to a variety of clients - Chance to contribute to the company's success and growth - Death in Service benefit - Company Pension scheme - 25 days annual leave (not including Bank Holidays) increasing with length of service - SAGE Employee benefits - SAGE Employee assistance program
