Salary:
£20144.80 to £26,000.00 - £11.92 to £12.50 per hour (dependant on qualification/s, experience and hours). Salary rates stated are current and will increase in April 2024
Role Overview:
As a Pre-School Lead Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our young learners. Your commitment to creating engaging and fun learning environments will contribute to their growth and development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Essential Qualification: Hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification.
- Desirable Qualifications: Possess either Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), Early Years Practitioner Status (EYPS), or a full and relevant Level 6 Early Years Qualification.
- Experience: Previous work within the Early Years sector at a senior level, with at least two years of post-qualification experience.
- Pedagogical Knowledge: A sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Passion: A genuine passion for making learning enjoyable and engaging for each child.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
- Effective Communication: Proficiency in using a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
- Safeguarding and Compliance: Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and wider legislative requirements for working with children.
