Pre-School Leader

Ardglass Pre-School is currently looking for a leader to create an environment that encourages self-confidence and a positive approach to learning in all children. As a leader you will be responsible for managing and running a Pre-School, reporting to the management committee, the general care and well-being of the children, working with staff, committee and parents to help create an environment of learning, which is fun, welcoming, secure and friendly for all. .

Level 5CCLD or relevant Early Years Degree

Minimum of 2 years Pre-School experience

Knowledge of the curriculum

Knowledge of Child Development

Knowledge and experience of administrative requirements and standards in Pre-School environments.

Managing and developing staff.
