Pre-School Playgroup Assistant

The key duties of this post will be to: Provide the children with a safe, secure and stimulating learning environment. In conjunction with the Leader, plan, organise and implement, a programme of learning activities to promote progression in learning for each child. Carry out observations linking into the pre-school curriculum. Work in a key worker system and liaise with parents/carers and outside professionals.Work as part of a highly motivated and professional team.Provide high quality learning for children and work in close partnership with parents/carers. Promote and engage in reflective practice and fully engage in the self- evaluation process. .
