- Experience:
- Site/Premises experience required.
- School premises experience is an advantage but not essential.
- General maintenance experience is essential.
- Skills:
- Ability to complete general maintenance duties, minor repairs, refurbishments, porterage, and basic DIY tasks.
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
- Ability to prioritise workload and ensure health and safety standards.
- Fully Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check is mandatory.
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks around the school premises.
- Undertake minor refurbishments and ensure the school environment is safe and functional.
- Carry out porterage duties and support the site team with various tasks.
- Ensure the health and safety of the school premises.
- Committed, motivated, and hardworking.
- Ability to adapt skills to meet the school's needs.
- Previous experience in a school setting is beneficial but not required.
