Our Building Services division provides complete Facilities Management of schools, colleges, and universities throughout the UK, providing mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, using technological solutions to manage our teams in the most efficient ways.
We are looking for an on-site Premises Manager to join our facilities management team based in a School in Hartcliffe, Bristol, BS13 0RL.
You'll:
- Coordinate and take responsibility for all planned and reactive maintenance delivered by the premises team for all equipment, plant, services and systems;
- Comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including Health and Safety legislation and safe systems of work.
- Manage and arrange sub-contractor attendance and provide detailed quotations, supervise work and carry out quality control and final sign off if required.
- Ensure that CAFM systems and site records are up to date at all times reporting jobs to the helpdesk and in line with Helpdesk requirements.
- Experience of FM service delivery
- Sound knowledge of H&S Legislation and COSHH
- ISOH Managing Safely
- Experience of building maintenance systems
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of employee, customer and client
- Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload
- Ability to manage and deliver works on time and on budget
- Knowledge of Concept CAFM systems preferred
