Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Salary: £22,079 - £22,785
Our Premises Officer will provide a day-to-day response to maintenance and caretaking needs, as well as general college security duties and fire warden duties when required.
The Premises Team works on a split-shift basis during the week to cover all hours of college business. The shifts are worked on alternative weeks am/pm:
- 6:00-14:00/13:30-21:30 Monday to Thursday
- 6:00-13:30/11:00-18:30 Fridays.

This role will involve working across both of our Brighton MET sites. Our Central Campus us based in central Brighton, a few minutes’ walk from the train station and the fantastic range of shops Brighton has to offer. Our East Campus is set at the edge of the Brighton countryside, minutes away from Brighton Marina.
Our Premises Officer will have relevant experience of working within maintenance or a building services environment and be able to work cooperatively as part of a team and using own initiative.
