The Role - Premium Facilities Host

Pinnacle Group are looking for an experience and enthusiastic individual to oversee the runnig of the onsite facilities of a high-end, private residential housing estate in the Battersea area. You will be acting as the main point of contact for all Premium Facilities customers and providing information relating to opening hours, amenities, guest/booking policies and familiarisation tours.

This is a part time role working Saturdays and Sundays from 7am - 5pm.


Duties/Key Responsibilities

  • Act as main point of contact for all Premium Facilities customers providing information relating to opening hours, amenities, guest/booking policies and procedures.
  • Carry out facilities inductions and familiarisation tours.
  • Monitoring access and maximum area capacity to ensure complaince with FRA an licensing requirements.
  • Manage the Premium Facilities booking system.
  • Assist with investigation of any sounding fire alarms and emergency procedures and evacuation.
  • Report to the Estate Operations Manager any maintenance issues including providing access to contractors for remedial works and routine servicing and maintenance.
  • Patrol the Premium Facilities areas regularly and document any findings.
  • Manafe the dedicated Premium Facilities inbox.
  • Call out contractors for emergency repairs and report back to Estate Operations Manager.
  • Assist with covering COncierge and Parcel Operative breaks as required.
  • Ensure access control is provided to customers when necessary.
  • Investigate first level complaints in relation to the Premium Facilities area.
  • Provide regular communication to customers and handle initial queries through to resolution.
  • Monitor the Premium Facilities CCTV cameras/security access, review and report any security/ASB concerns to the Police.
  • Light cleaning duties to ensure that Premium Facilities area presenting well.
  • Replenish coffee/tea, bar stock and other consumables in the Premium Facilities area as needed.
  • Ensure that the Premium Facilities area is vacated on or before the closing time and that all areas are securely locked.
  • Liaise with the cleaning team to address any cleaning deficiencies.
  • When the bar staff are on their break, assist with the preperation of drinks and refreshments.
  • Monitor and replenish stock levels.
  • Monitor noise levels and antisocial behaviour.

Skills

  • Good level of spoken and writen English/grammar
  • Must be good at multi-tasking
  • Polite to residents and able to coordinate contractors
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints
