Prep Centre Technician

Duties:
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks on various equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to determine the appropriate course of action
- Complete work orders and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Up sell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
