Presales Consultant - Remote - Salary £70,000 + commission
The Company:
Lorien Global are working in partnership with an expanding managed services provider. With ambitious plans to grow each product line within their portfolio they're currently investing in their DR, Storage and Backup products. As such we need an experienced Presales Consultant to join the team and grow. This position can be based remote, however with sites based across the UK there's still offices available to you.
The Role:
Joining the specialist backup, disaster recover branch of the business you'll be working alongside a dedicated team of specialists who live and breath these solutions. Working in this team there's a great opportunity to scope, design and manage the implementation of cloud hosted recovery solutions.
We're looking for someone who wants to help drive the future of the business, because as my client continues to grow there will be additional opportunity for you to progress into management or delve further into the technical aspects of the role with specialist training and certification.
The Skill Requirements:
To be successful in this role we're looking for a blend of the following skills:

• Proven skills in a Presales capacity including scoping, pricing, presentation and negotiation
• Strong architecture knowledge and design documentation skills
• Good knowledge of Backup and Disaster Recovery technology (Veeam/ Commvault/ Rubrik/ Zerto/ Cohesity)
• Excellent communication and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
• Understanding of wider infrastructure technology i.e. Networking, Cloud Technology, Cyber Security etc.
