We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Presenter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative presentations to a variety of audiences. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to think on their feet and be comfortable speaking in front of cameras.
Requirements:
- Be able to adapt to different audiences and adjust presentation style accordingly.
- Be knowledgeable about Manicures and Pedicures or relevant areas is preferred but not necessary.
- Candidates with a background in social media short videos, Live Streaming, sales experience in the beauty industry, teaching, public speaking, performing, radio broadcasting, or hosting will be given preference, but it is not a mandatory qualification.
- Experience or talent in singing, dancing, playing musical instruments, rapping, or other performance areas is desirable but not necessary for this position.
- Be able to answer questions from the audience.
- Be able to use audio-visual equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Planning, scripting, and producing content for Live Streams.
- Conducting research to identify trending topics and content ideas for Live Streams.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to align content with the company's branding and promotional strategies.
- Interacting with the audience, responding to comments, and fostering community engagement during Live Streams.
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of social media short videos and Live Streams, and making data-driven adjustments to optimize reach and engagement.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media, short video production, and Live Streaming.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including videographers, editors, and graphic designers, to ensure high-quality production of content.
- Managing and maintaining equipment and technical requirements for Live Streaming.
- Adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring content aligns with legal and ethical standards.
