Technique Recruitment Solutions are a specialist Engineering & Manufacturing recruitment company working with an established fabrication client based in Norwich who specialise in a wide range of metal fabrication techniques
Due to growth across the business they are looking to recruit an experienced Press Brake operative, initially on a fulltime temporary to permanent basis ( 3 month probation via weekly pay ).
The duties & responsibilities for this role will include:
It is mostly Press brake work but associated drilling, cutting, grinding and general workshop duties.
Setup, adjust and prepare Press brake for operation
Operate Press brake adhering to safety guidelines
Shape multiple types of metal, including Stainless steel, Mild steel and Aluminium.
Read and follow detailed engineering drawings and schematics
Operate other machinery as applicable such as deburring machines and laser cutting machines
Fulltime weekly hours Monday to Friday Day shift 8am 4pm + Overtime.
The company will offer a competitive salary based on experience and ability, around the GBP11.70 - GBP14 hr mark based on experience.
This will lead to a permanent position for the successful candidate, temp to perm fulltime hours.
