Pressure Safety Systems And Pollution Manager

We are looking for a Pressure Safety Systems and Pollution Manager to join our friendly and supportive multi-disciplinary team of property professionals, to support the development, management and delivery of mechanical failure, PSSR and Pollution risk management programmes. 

You will plan and manage the inspection programmes across a range of public buildings throughout Hampshire, and some neighbouring locations. This will include undertaking inspections, advising clients on building related matters, providing inspection reports, auditing inspections undertaken on behalf of the county council, responding to faults and urgent situations and specifying work required for remedial solutions.

The work is varied as Hampshire County Council has an extensive portfolio of properties including libraries, museums, country parks, schools, care homes, offices, activity centres, farms and also supports external clients. The property portfolio ranges from new builds through to ancient scheduled monuments and listed buildings.
