Day to Day of the Role:- Provide tailored support to children with special educational needs within a school environment.
- Utilise your healthcare or support work experience to enhance the well-being and educational experience of students.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to implement individual learning plans.
- Engage with students to facilitate their social, emotional, and academic development.
- Monitor and report on the progress of students, adapting support strategies as needed.
- Proven experience as a healthcare worker or Support Worker.
- A compassionate and patient approach to working with children with SEN.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team within a school setting.
