Staggered starting salary of £24k to £30k depending on part-time/full-time hours offered after 3-month training and induction period

Are you frustrated in your current role? Do you work in the education sector and are looking for a change? Are you passionate about physical activity and getting children active?

Our client are offering an initial 3-month training package (worth over £6000), including online and face-to-face learning, that can be carried out alongside your existing role so you can really get a feel for what they do and understand if it is something you see yourself doing long-term. Expenses will be paid and any sessions worked will be paid on an hourly rate during this 3-month training period. Following successful completion of the training programme, there will be a staggered full-time opportunity offered to you.

The organisation are martial arts focused and they are looking for instructors to support their passion of supporting children's holistic development through kickboxing and physical activity. No martial arts experience is required - training and ongoing support will be provided by industry experts - and they offer flexible working hours, increased salary potential and an opportunity to own a part of their business.

As a Sports Coach within this organisation you must:

• Be committed to 3 months of training both online and face to face
• Care deeply about child development and help each student to be the best they can be
• Have previous teaching or coaching experience
• Be friendly and approachable
• Be a great communicator and build relationships with all stakeholders
• Have a passion for fitness, sport, and a healthy, physical lifestyle

You will be required to deliver a bespoke kickboxing programme to children and young people, complete administration tasks and be willing to contribute to the growth of the organisation.
