Your new role
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teachers to provide PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) cover across various year groups within Primary Schools in Cardiff. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality education during teachers' non-contact time. As a Primary School Teacher responsible for PPA cover, you will deliver engaging and effective lessons to pupils during PPA time, adapting your teaching methods to meet the needs of different year groups and abilities. You will collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of learning, assess and monitor student progress, and foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to be considered for the role, you must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in a Primary School setting. You will need to have strong communication skills and able to build strong relationships with your colleagues and the pupils. It is important that you have flexibility and adaptability to cover various classes, a passion for education and commitment to student development.
