Level 3 Teaching Assistants required in Haywards, West Sussex Supply Desk are recruiting Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistants to work across West Sussex schools. Do you have the personal qualities and skills to support the learning and development of children in Primary schools? Level 3 Teaching Assistant requirements: - Experience as a TA or HLTA - Level 3 TA qualification or Childcare equivalent - Ability to support SEND and EAL students - Competent in English (including Phonics), Mathematics and ICT - Willing to consider additional CPD training in a Long-Term placement - Excellent communication skills Successful candidates will be required to support children in small groups, focussing on learning goals, as well as during whole class teaching. An experienced Level 3 TA may be required to cover lessons in the absence of the Class Teacher, with planning provided.
