About Us: Our school is a specialist primary institution catering to the unique needs of students aged 5-11 years old. Your Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping our students thrive. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one and small group support to students in their learning journey.
- Collaborating closely with Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists to implement tailored support plans.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of engaging and accessible learning activities.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported.
- Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and fellow staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Qualifications:
- Relevant experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and patient nature, with a genuine passion for working with children.
