Are you an experienced, qualified Primary Teacher currently looking for work in Rugby? Winner Education are currently recruiting for Primary Teachers who are open to day to day, long term or short-term placements around Coventry.
The ideal candidates must be strong, experienced teachers and have an excellent understanding of the national curriculum. You must demonstrate a good understanding and knowledge of classroom management and show the ability to form excellent relationships within the school team as well as with children and parents.
The successful primary school Supply Teacher must:
- Have previous experience working with primary school aged children
- Hold a QTS qualification
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to purchase a new one)
- Have previous experience of full class responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum
- Be comfortable in delivering lessons to full class sizes
- Show willing to go ‘above and beyond’
- Be a great team-player and form good relationships within the school environment
- Good classroom and behaviour management
- Willing to lead group interventions
