Salary Aspire People are currently supporting several Primary Schools in Oldham and the Greater Manchester area who are looking to for long term, short term and day to day Supply Teachers to support them within their schools.
Initially the roles will be on a temporary basis, however there may be the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.
The schools are looking for individuals who can inspire and motivate pupils using exciting and innovative teaching methods. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of raising attainment standards and be able to create an outstanding learning environment.
Successful candidate will require,
* QTS (Essential)
* Have experience of teaching in EYFS, KS1 and KS2
* Have a proven track record of strong classroom management
* Someone who can use their own initiative, be friendly with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Have experience of planning and assessments
* Be able to set clear boundaries and set high expectations
* Have experience of working with EAL students and being able to adapt lessons so they can access the same standard of learning as their peers

All candidates who register with Aspire People will have 2 years referencing taken up and will be required to have an enhanced DBS check completed and must be on the update service.
