Primary Teacher

ABC Teachers are recruiting for a Primary Teacher with experience in a KS1 setting of a school to cover a maternity cover in Wolverhampton to commence after Easter half term break.

The role

• This role will be to start after the Easter half term break.
• Covering for the entirety of the summer term and potentially up until Christmas.
• This role will involve full class teacher responsibilities including planning, marking and assessing.

The school

• Working in a one form entry Church of England school in the Tettenhall area of Wolverhampton.

Requirements
To be considered for the Year 1 Teacher position, you will:

• Able to fit in with a warm and welcoming team of staff and pupils.
• Confident with behaviour management and communicating with children of a KS1 age range.

• Applicants will need previous experience with the curriculum, as no other teacher in the year group to support with planning.

• Need a qualified teaching status relevant for the roles.
• Be able to gain references from relevant roles from the last 2 years.
• Have, or able to obtain a DBS registered on the update service.
