Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across the primary curriculum, fostering a love for learning and encouraging curiosity in young minds.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued, supported, and motivated to reach their full potential.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to cater to the diverse needs and learning styles of primary-aged children.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to create a holistic learning experience for students.
Requirements:
?? Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
?? Passion for working with young children and a commitment to providing high-quality primary education.
?? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
?? Ability to inspire and engage students through creative and interactive teaching methods.
