Day to Day of the role:- Plan and prepare courses and lessons that engage and challenge students.
- Teach a diverse group of pupils, adapting to their educational needs.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
- Implement high-quality teaching practices to ensure consistently good or outstanding teaching and learning.
- Contribute to ongoing professional development and the wider life of the academy.
- Maintain a dynamic and inspiring learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a professional team.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent and an undergraduate degree.
- Experience in teaching the primary curriculum successfully.
- Strong understanding of teaching and learning best practices.
- Good subject knowledge of the core National Curriculum.
- Insight into child development and progression in the context of educational planning.
- Effective behaviour management strategies in line with the school’s policy.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
