SalaryThe Headteacher of a Primary school located in the WN2 area of Wigan is searching for an Year 2 Teacher who can confidently teach a Year 2 class. The role is to start in September and will be required up until Christmas but may continue for the rest of the year. This will be covering a maternity leave.
The role will be to teach the Year 2 class Full-time. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT Teacher as you will be working alongside the Assistant Head Teacher in the morning before the class splits off for the afternoon
The school are searching for an Experienced Teacher, who has great knowledge of the National Curriculum and can help pupils succeed both academically and personally.

The required experience for the Year 2 Teacher role is:
- Knowledge and Understanding of the Year 2 curriculum
- Experience teaching in Year 2 and/or Key Stage 1
- Relevant Teaching Qualifications (PGCE/QTS/etc)
- A teacher with a passion for improving standards consistently
- A teacher who can create an inclusive environment, and remove all barriers to learning
- Pro-active and resilient
- Strong behavior management
