Tradewind Manchester is excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant Primary School in the heart of Reddish, Stockport. This full-time, long-term role offers competitive pay rates ranging from £85 to £90 per day, ensuring your hard work is duly recognized and rewarded.
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in providing tailored support to children with diverse learning needs, fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting classroom teachers in implementing individualised education plans for students with SEND.
Creating engaging and stimulating learning activities that cater to the unique needs of each child.
Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure holistic support for students.
Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment that celebrates diversity and empowers every child to reach their full potential.

Requirements:
Previous experience working with children with SEND is highly desirable.
Relevant qualifications or training in Special Educational Needs support.
