3. Behaviour Management: Support the maintenance of a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere by promoting good behavior and implementing behavior management strategies.

4. Individualized Learning: Work with students with diverse learning needs, offering targeted support and adapting resources to cater to different learning styles.

5. Collaboration: Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development.

Requirements:

1. Relevant qualifications in education or a related field.
2. Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
