Primary Teaching Assistant – Honor Oak Park – Full time

If you are an enthusiastic and motivated person and have experience in childcare who is also interested in working with SEN children in a highly rated OFSTED school with friendly and respectful staff then this job might be for you. The school are looking for a Teaching Assistant to support 1:1 with an Autistic child in a Year 3 class. The senior leadership at the school are supporting and friendly, and have worked to build a welcoming atmosphere where learner and staff feel enabled to grow and develop.

Pay: £85.00 - £100.00

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 16:30

Essential skills that are required to have:

- A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN

- Experience working with children with Autism/ADHD

- Have a natural enthusiasm for working with young children

- The ability to monitor and record a child’s progress

- An understanding of safeguarding children
