You will have responsibility for the psychological workforce within the CRISS service pathway, supported by the WAA acute Consultant Psychological Professional and working closely with the Clinical Operations Manager. You will lead on and contribute to projects relevant to psychological work and help maintain the psychologically informed culture in the team. You will lead across the city but have a dedicated clinical sector. You will provide supervision, training and leadership within the service area. The team use formulation and deliver psychologically informed interventions, operating as an alternative to hospital when people need increased support. You will join an established network of Psychological Professions with LYPFT. We are committed to robust professional leadership, equality, diversity and inclusion and supporting staff wellbeing and CPD. Our Psychological Professions Strategy outlines our vision and is about to be rewritten for 2024. We have strong links with the local D Clin psych training course in Leeds and provide placements for a range of trainee psychological practitioners in addition to D Clin Psych trainees across the Trust. We have good access to training both locally provided and funded national training to support career progression and skills. We encourage you to contact either Faye Jackson on faye.jackson1@nhs.net or Caroline Ispan caroline.ispan@nhs.net (or text 07980 970 608 to arrange a time)
