The Opportunity
Our divisions are all showing fast growth (Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales or Engineering) and as a result we are looking for people who have a desire to develop a career path in a very lucrative market sector with the aim to build a fast-developing team.
What are the responsibilities?
Standing out & developing 'Your Brand' in a competitive marketplace (social, phone, email), sector specialism experience not essential.
Managing both new and existing candidate / business relationships.
Conduct daily business development calls in order to generate business
Empower and motivate members of the team
Developing staff in a supervisory capacity
Conducting candidate interviews and qualifying them against current live roles.
Targeted candidate mapping via LinkedIn, Job Boards & other sources (best in market).
Video messaging to gain better candidate and client engagement.
Gaining maximum commitment and exclusivity with job briefs.
Tailoring candidate CVs to support their application
