Role: Principal Consultant – Transformation & Change
Location: Home working
Remuneration: Up to £75k per annum, dependant upon experience
Commitment: Mon-Fri 35 hours per week
We are currently seeking a Principal Consultant. This role sits within the Transformation & Change workstream.
Principal Consultants bring business practice expertise and are recognised as an expert in their own discipline / policy area. They will typically lead on a wide range of large projects, leading a team and quality assuring the work of others. The Principal Consultant will be a lead for corporate projects, potentially including product / service development, people management, marketing, and / or business development. Alongside this, they will contribute to wider business development, marketing, product development, and other business / corporate activities.
As a senior member of the business stream and across client projects, Principal Consultants spend most of their time engaging with senior clients, directing activity across client work (projects, programmes, or workstreams) and reviewing the quality of more junior colleagues work to meet the high standards required within the business stream.
Principal Consultants:
- Deliver work directly to a client with little to no input from more senior staff;
- Lead new and existing client engagements, managing and directing delivery teams;
- Review and assure the quality of client work produced by consultant teams and more junior colleagues;
- Are responsible for corporate projects, potentially including product / service development, people management, marketing, and / or business development.
This role is predominantly home-based with much of our work taking place virtually, however, given the client delivery and project leadership responsibilities, travel to client sites is required from time-to-time.
