Blueprint are looking to speak with motivated Civil Design Engineers to join a leading, Design and Engineering Consultancy on a permanent basis. As the successful candidate, you will be required to operate on a hybrid basis, attending either the London, Warwick or Manchester office 3 times per week. This position provides a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of projects in the Highways sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working to project budgets and resources to deliver high quality outcomes on schedule
- Managing a diverse portfolio of projects delivered by our multi-disciplinary design teams
- Coordinating project deliverables, site surveys and tracking progress against the project brief
- Managing mid-sized projects and/or design packages for large-scale initiatives
- Ensuring team adherence to company quality standards and best practices
- Managing resource allocation and project requirements across design disciplines
Key Requirements:
- Chartered Engineer Status or working towards
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related subject
- Experience delivering highways projects
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven team management experience
- Experience leading or contributing to bids and proposals
- Experience managing projects and teams on large highway projects
- Full clean UK driving license
- Strong organisational skills
