Rate: To be agreed c£250-280 per day
Duration: 3 months possibly extended
My consultancy client are after a Principal Designer full time on a contact basis for circa 3 months, possibly extending this due to the amount of work in the area. You will need to either be local to Bristol or happy to work remotely from a home office. You will help the consultancy with their CDM duties on a number of projects at various stages. Including new build, maintenance and fit out works.
You will need previous experience working in a CDM role for a consultancy or design practice.
This could turn into a long term relationship with the client and could suit someone with their own Limited company.
