What You’ll Be Doing

• Guiding critical initiatives as the designated Technical Lead.
• Developing aligned technical delivery roadmaps with key stakeholders.
• Steering engineering teams through complex challenges to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Managing the full engineering project lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
• Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in technical processes.

About You

• Be able to do the job as described.
• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Solid experience in a regulated industry (ideally defence or aerospace) with a good working knowledge of risk and safety.
• Expertise in designing and developing cloud and digital systems, tactical networked systems, ML, or RAS.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to navigate complex technical projects.
• Currently hold or be able to obtain UK Security Clearance.
