Principal Planning Officer

 I am working with a local aurthortiy in the Norwich who are looking for a Principal Planning Officer on a 12 month contract.

The role - 
- Dealing with a caseload of major residential applications up to 185 units.
- The ideal candidate needs to be able to hit the ground running and have experience working major applications and have 5 years experience as a Principal Planner.

They're offering:

• £57 per hour 
• 9 contract month
• Monthly site visits
