Principal Planning Officer

I am currently working on an exciting role with an established Berkshire council. They are looking to find a Principal Officer who has a proven track record in delivering Major schemes/projects.
The majority of your work will revolve around some exciting new developments so you can imagine that this council are looking for the real deal! General responsibilities will include working on major apps - including small-scale majors up to allocated sites/200+ dwellings, appeal work, signing off applications, presenting applications to planning committee and negotiating s106 legal agreements.
This is a council I have worked with in the past and can vouch that they are a supportive and flexible DM team. They would like to have initial conversations with candidates later this week and leading into next.
