Stott and May are pleased to announce an opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to join a leading insurance company that has experienced over 110% growth in the past 2 years.
About the Role
As the Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the Production In-House Application Estate. You will ensure clear communication and direction between Developers, Business Analysts, and Business Stakeholders regarding changes and advancements to their application suite. You will also manage a team of 4-5 direct reports.
Experience and Qualifications:
-  Experience managing in-house developed enterprise applications in a hybrid (on-premises, cloud) fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in compliance and regulatory oversight.
- Proven ability to effectively manage user expectations across all levels.
- In-depth understanding of data, technical, and functional architectures of enterprise systems.
- Proven experience in release and deployment management.
- Strong program management skills and a track record of reporting to C-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional customer-facing skills and a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
