An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Principal Property Lawyer in the Council’s Property & Planning Legal Team.
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience of complex property transactions in relation to the Council’s wide range of activities with an emphasis on housing development and must be able to work with minimum supervision. Experience of planning and contract law, and local authority legal governance would be an advantage.
You will assist the Assistant Director, Legal and Democratic Services with the strategic goals of the Legal Service.
You must be a solicitor or barrister holding a current Practicing Certificate.
