As a Principal Scientist, you are required to be a subject matter expert within Broughton. You will provide support, guidance and technical know-how to the Scientific Development team. You need to have excellent Analytical Chemistry skills and advanced problem-solving abilities. You will also act as a mentor and support the progression of the scientists within the team.
Hours of Work: 40 hrs. Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day, 30 min lunch break.
Potential Hybrid - 3 days on site, 2 days remote each week
Principal Scientist Requirements:
- Must have right to work in the UK
- E&L and trace analysis experience
- Extensive experience with GC-MS or LC-MS
- method development and validation
- Proven ability in technical writing and communications
- Proven self-learner
- Proven project management skills
- Confident client communicator
- Experience in both techniques
- Experience in writing for regulatory submissions
- Can pass on learning to others
- Experience of people management
- Experience of acting as an SME
- 52,000 - 73,500 per annum
- Broughton Day option of a fixed day off every 2 or 3 weeks through salary sacrifice
