Principal Structural Engineer

Due to strategic expansion our client has an immediate vacancy in their Cardiff office for an experienced Principal Structural Engineer with an ambition to oversee the technical delivery of a portfolio of projects allocated to them. In doing so the Principal Structural Engineer will strive to ensure the quality and accuracy of the engineering is to the highest standard.Projects are spread throughout the UK but the majority of work is in South Wales and the West of England. The Principal Structural Engineer will run projects, manage clients, do a limited amount of marketing, and be good working with staff.* AutoCAD* Civil 3D* Microsoft Office softwareThe successful candidate is likely to have at least eight years post-graduate Structural Engineering experience and will already be used to taking design responsibility for projects. You are likely to be a Chartered Sturctural Engineer but applications from candidates who have a similar level of experience and expertise are welcomed.
