If you are a Principal Structural Engineer who wants the opportunity to develop innovative and inspirational schemes, this is the perfect role for you. You will join a growing team who are passionate about what they do, working on a variety of buildings structures design work projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead teams to achieve business objectives, working closely with the Associate Engineer
- Ensure team deliver civil & structural schemes within budget, timescales and quality
- Monitor compliance with business quality and management systems
- Prepare tenders for projects including fee estimates
- Carry out technical design reviews
- Monitor projects in progress
You will be a natural leader who can train, mentor and develop junior members of your team and work on enhancing their skillset to maximise performance.
About you:
- Chartered MICE/MIStructE
- Minimum of 3 years’ post Chartered experience
- Team management experience
- Project lead experience
- SC Clearance (or eligible)
- Full clean driving licence
