Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in urban planning, architecture, geography, or a related field.
• A proven track record in urban planning, with experience in leadership and project management.
• In-depth knowledge of planning principles, land use regulations, and urban development trends.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and build consensus.
• Proficiency in GIS software, urban modeling tools, and other planning technologies.
