Role responsibilities…
The role of Principal Planner will include dealing with a wide range of planning work, while working independently, developing, and managing client relationships, and the responsibility of business development activity and achieving self-sufficiency in work generation. You will also play a role in monitoring junior staff in their professional development.
Candidate Requirements…
We are seeking candidates with the following attributes and qualifications:
- MRTPI or working towards membership.
- Private sector experience desirable.
- Well organised and able to manage own and other's time effectively to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Good attention to detail, with the ability to produce own work and review the work of others to ensure high quality and a good level of accuracy.
- Self-motivated, confident, and driven with a desire for continued personal development.
- Committed and able to build strong client relationships and provide great service.
- Excellent communicator with clients, colleagues, and other consultants.
